A new rule on publication of disciplinary matters and a refusal to change a controversial rule on identifying spokespersons in electronic ads were included in the Supreme Court's recent opinion on the Bar's proposed amendments to the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. The November 19 ruling touched on issues from new regulations on trust accounts and a rewriting of the Bar's sex-with-clients rule, to changes to a lawyer's duty to reveal false testimony given to a tribunal.
